Fully vetted through references and the The Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) checks. PVG checks are carried out to confirm that individuals are not barred from working with children and/or protected adults. PVG checks against information held by various agencies and government departments.
Highly trained through recognised national qualifications, service-specific training and supervisions. We invest heavily in the development of skills within our staff.
1st Homecare is committed to the Codes of Practice set down by the Scottish Social Service Council - we promote these standards to all our staff and the people we support.
